Internal Operations portal.
The portal added various productivity and workflow tools on top of business records organized in the Microsoft Dynamics Nav ERP system.
Productivity and business workflow modules implemented tools supporting sales teams across several business units (with its own implementation of Microsoft Dynamics Nav ERP), production teams (across several company locations), financial and executive team (through implementing data warehouse and business intelligence components including cloud based PowerBI dashboards), administration and reporting tools for several specific product lines.
The portal and its satellite tools implemented bi-directional interface with an ERP system combining direct database access as well as ERP API access.
