Production Job Management Portal for Direct Mail / Printing / Digital Assets
The portal provided direct access to external customers monitoring their orders and to internal account management personnel responsible to oversee the order fulfillment and interact with customers. Several key features of the portal were job progress dashboard, electronic communication and approval process workflows for digital assets (document proofing) and multi-level / multi-dimensional tracking of direct mail delivery (to support compliance with service level agreements).
The portal interfaced with order management, inventory management and billing systems implemented within the organization.
