The quota control application that allows the predictive dialing system customers to define the quota of calls before the corresponding campaign should be removed from calling queues.
The project consists of server-side components integrated with the server components of the dialing system. The client administration tools allowed end users to create quotas based on portfolio record fields. Special consideration was paid to scalability of calls between server components and administration tools to support specific requirements of messaging bus and still being able to present administrators with real-time updates as well as handling large volume of calls.
This project worked with SER Solutions’ CPS EE dialing system.
